I've reached out to Verizon before about this for an appointment but I just need someone to come out and fix this it's in my front yard and I don't need to talk to someone just need someone to fix it from Verizon. There is a cover in the ground that is not secure and when you kick the side of it it comes loose and exposes the wires in the ground.
