I never received a promotional credit of $1000 for my trade in. Now I am being billed chargebacks and am being billed monthly for the phone. Verizon received my phone on June 24 and it’s now August 20. I have called 4 times to confirm I will be getting a credit and each time the agent says it takes a couple days to hit my account but nothing has happened. Should I just take my 5 lines and watches to another carrier who will pay me for the switch? Please help me have faith in Verizon customer service again! This is terrible…
