Verizon caused major damage to the electric to my septic system when burying the Fios lines. They cut through the conduit and two electrical wires going to my septic system. It cost over $1200 to repair! I have been trying to get in touch with Verizon for a week to submit a claim for reimbursement with no progress. I used the chat option on the verizon website first and the best they could do was offer me a $20 credit. I was on hold for over an hour three days ago only to be told someone would be in touch with me in the next 24-48 hours. No one from verizon has been in touch with me. This is totally unacceptable. I have not heard anything back from Verizon and everyone I speak with on the chat feature or after waiting on a long hold on the phone is unable to help me. VERIZON, what can you do to fix this?
