I upgraded a phone on my account as well as the plan as I was PROMISED that in 24 hours I would recieve a code for the NFL Sunday Ticket in my email, 15 days has passed and still nothing, I called support they told me to wait a week as the emails hadn't rolled out yet but that there was also a support Ticket in place for me if I didn't receive one, call about my support Ticket and they had no clue what I was talking about and sent me to tech support instead of the proper department
