After upgrading to iPhone 15 pro max I received a bill for over $700 apparently the $400 plus credit hasn’t been subtracted from my bill call Verizon and 3 weeks ago and they said it will change when it gets closer to your due date “ due date is in 4 days and I’m not paying a house payment for a phone I will call them tomorrow and if they can’t fix it then and there I’ll be contacting ( better business bureau) before I send that kinda money.
