Has anyone recently lost the mobile / home $10 per line discount?
Mine disappeared in May and each subsequent bill has been wrong. Each month I call or text, relay the same old story, and receive great service telling me everything will be handled and no need for me to worry. Nothing gets done and the extra charges remain and its me wasting time each month.
seems odd the charges remain given the promises by VZ employees coupled with VZ’s technological capabilities
Issue has been ongoing 5 months…you think there’d be a back end fix by now
Does any one know how to get in touch with a supervisor ?
