$400 Home Depot credit

So i switched from frontier to Verizon and chose the $80 plan with a choice of the nfl ticket or $400 Home Depot credit . Since I care less for football I was going for Home Depot, but there is no credit for Home Depot. Thinking I’m headed back to frontier Fios!!! Will just deal with the issues at frontier !!!

I have had the service for 2 weeks but I will not cancel frontier if this was a trick to get people to switch providers

I too cannot access my $400 Home Depot/Samsung gift card. I received the email stating it was time to redeem my rewards, but the only offer to redeem is the free trial of Disney +. Do I need to call customer support or how can I get this resolved?

Well apparently Verizon tricks people into thinking they will get this 400 dollar discount with Home Depot.. no way will I stay with Verizon will end my service with you guys today
