My Verizon app’s scope and capabilities are not transparent. Verizon support connected to my iPhone effortlessly only after I inquired whether they can do that. With My Verizon connected to my iPhone Verizon support probably has better access to the iOS on my iPhone than Apple.
Verizon Support never offered the feature to connect to my device to investigate my issues again. I have never been able to reach Verizon Support’s linking to my iOS.
my question/request or even demand to identify and include a clear link in the My Verizon app to reach Verizon Support and to invite them to connect to my device to solve any issue. Since I know for certain that you can do it (connect to iPhone), please create a link in your App. Can you do that today? Now August 29, 2024 10:46 am in San Francisco?
