Is anyone having issues trying to redeem Verizon Rewards link "pay wireless Bill" not working

Is this something with the Verizon Visa card, or the Verizon Up program? Verizon Up has been replaced with Verizon Access, and I'd heard things about the Visa card perks not working anymore or being restructured.
