A credit had to be removed from my account for a promotion to go through which makes no sense. And people in call center act like Verizon doesn't accept the new lifeline I had to get FCC involved to get the promotion that I qualified for now I can't get them to put back a credit that was only removed to get an order to go through. Bill went from 64$ to 203.00 just for adding a new line if not fixed I am gone
