After chatting with like 6 agent they finally tell me that me upgrading my plans 2 months doesnt make me eligible for free NFL Sunday. The first 3 agent said I was and should expect an email for the redemption. All false info. Now I get an email my bill is going up from auto pay. Im done with Verizon. Looking at ATT
