Hello, I purchased my iPhone 15 Pro Max in November 2023 in 2024. I was having problems with my motherboard on my phone so Apple change the motherboard. I still have the original housing, but the motherboard was changed which created a new esim but the loan for my device payment agreement is my original IMEI too so now when I try to upgrade, it will not let me do my 50% annual upgrade. I need that updated and when I call the PSO reps don’t have a clue of how to fix this or what to do they transfer me to tech-support tech-support tells me that it’s supposed to auto fix but it’s not and when I’m ready to upgrade I have to pay the device off which I shouldn’t have to please help me
