Very disappointed in Verizon. Took advantage of 5G internet 30 day free trial. Chose not to continue service after 30 days and requested an end to the service. Verizon agent agreed to send a return shipping label and box. The box was never received and I was continually charged for the service. Now they are saying they have no record of the cancellation.
