lost my hotspot

My phone/plan had hotspot for 20 years. Just today I tried to start it and it would not let me. Very nice of Verizon to let me know they took it away! Why did you take it away. An now on my plan it says you can add hotspot for $20 a month!!! Seriously?!?!?

I signed a contract and you can just change the contract at your will? Should not be allowed!

What will you do to right this wrong Verizon?

Ok, maybe it was me! I jumped to conclusions. I tried it again after being on the chat with an agent and it works like a charm now.

Same issue here. Had hotspot, now being directed to verizon.com where I can purchase hotspot for $10/month.
