I sent my Trade-In device via ups on 6/24/24. It was received on 6/26/24 @ 2:59pm at the location in WHITELAND, IN as stated on the label provided by Verizon. I received an email on 8/18/24 stating my phone was not received. I verified with UPS that is was in fact delivered. I get my new bill due on October 1st and they are reversing my device trade credit, told because they didn’t receive the device back. I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon only to be told I had to check with UPS. Very frustrated customer. Been a loyal customer for over 20 years but that might be ending soon.
