MCI Communication/Verizon Line to be Demoed and Relocated in Construction Project. Who do I contact?

I am working on the utility coordination for a construction project in downtown Sacramento, California. There is an MCI line on an overhead joint pole on the property that will be going away. I am looking for a contact to coordinate the undergrounding of this line. Can you please provide a contact for this work? Let me know if more information would be helpful.
