In the neighborhood where I live, we have a damaged verizon pole. It is impossible to get someone on the phone and when you do, they don't handle that then pass you around to a bunch of people until you hang up. The numbers on the pole are 1300 and 101 in Zoar OH. If the pole could be repair that would be great as it is a hazard.
