UPS lost my phone that I used the Verizon supplied UPS label to send in for an upgrade. No one at Verizon or UPS can figure out how to resolve this. UPS says Verizon is technically the sender since they originated the label and Verizon said I am the sender. I keep getting tossed back and forth between companies and service representatives that seem to be trained to make this so frustrating that I just give up and pay the charge. I am TOTALLY frustrated with both Verizon and UPS. UPS has confirmed that indeed the phone is lost. If neither will agree who is the sender, how am I going to get reimbursed??? We have been with Verizon for over 20 years - with 5 lines currently. Verizon has become increasingly lacking in customer service. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have yet to get any resolution!
