I had Ashurion 2 appts they did not show for either! I wanted a store there was none available . I waited 2 weeks for this appt no call no text no show. Verizon this is unacceptable! 4 hours! I have been sitting here for 2 appts on a Saturday . I have been paying insurence for years and never used it. You would think Verizon is better than this?

Guess what today they didn't show for appt #3 and after calling all day to confirm? They is got to be the worst service I ever had!

Hello. I made an appt for them to fix a crack screen 1st time was a no show 2nd time was a no show now today 3rd appt was a no show. I called all day to confirm? This in home delivery doesn't work! I would rather drop it off?
