Verizon has an easement either on our property or with our neighbor. We do not know which. There is a tree currently leaning on the wires that will need to be removed. We are unable to touch the tree as it is likely live since it's touching the wires. We need a contact asap who can come out to assess the situation and assist with turning off the power for removal.
