I’ve had my hotspot for years and just the other day it disappeared, what happened? I’d like it back?? Any Ideas??

Are you saying your hotspot feature on your account is gone or your device providing the hotspot is no longer working?
Staying connected is always important. To clarify, is the device no longer showing on our account? Could you provide us with additional details?
