Hello...I have an old/abandoned GTE phone utility box located on the curb on my residential property. I understand that Verizon bought out GTE years ago. Can I submit a request to remove the old box? It's starting to become an eyesore and I'm not sure if it's safe because the metal housing is coming apart.
