I cancelled my 5g home internet service on 7/23/24 and received a return kit on 7/29/24. I shipped the modem the very next day. The tracking number on my receipt shows it was delivered on 8/5/24. Since I have been on the phone with three agents. Two assured me the charge would be returned in 5-7 business days which didn't happen. The third told me he would credit the amount which didn't happen. Anyone who has experienced this issue and solved it? Would really appreciate the help.
