I canceled my home internet on 7/27 and it has almost been 2 months. I have contacted chat/call at least 4 times and they kept saying that I will get the kit but I never received it. I just contacted the rep and she even asked me “can you return it to the store”? Literally, your policy said we can’t. Then, the rep goes on to block me or something because then my message wasn’t going through. Why am I wasting so much time on this? And, I’m expecting to be charge $300 for it this month. This is ridiculous
