Connecting Security Camera to Orbit Jetpack from Verizon

I had my Dekco solar powered camera connected to my Verizon Orbit Jetpack and it worked initially. Then for some reason I have not been able to complete a connection. It registers as "1" connected device during setup but never completes the connection.

Any suggestions on how to make this work again?

I'm sorry you are having issues connecting. Does the hotspot connect to other devices? -Joe

Yes, I bought a Reolink solar powered camera and it works just fine with the Verizon Jetpack MiFi hotspot.
