In order for me to upgrade I have to pay off my phones totally understandable… what I don’t understand is I was told I would receive my mobile device this past weekend nothing came in.. then I tried going in first thing Monday apparently system are down. So they lied and gave me false information about my account and promotions did nothing for my account even after three years of loyalty whenever you guys answer your phones, I would love to cancel my services with you guys ASAP!.
