Our calls started dropping 6 months ago. After we bought a new IPhone 14 and a iPhone 13. We have 2 - 4G extenders that are working. Call drop periodically and also when making calls (or receiving calls) the person can’t hear us talking for the initial 4-10 seconds. I’ve called and spoken to Tech Support 3x but it still happens. When we do a factory reset we get LTE service (which I’m told is the best) and then after an hour or so it goes back to a WIFI signal. This happens whether we have 4 solid bars or 1 bar. What can we do to fix this?
