I am still waiting for the outage credits for my phone line. They said it would be 1-2 billing cycles. Where is it?
I have reached out about this credit and they keep deferring it as if they don't know what I'm talking about, extremely frustrating.

I also received this notification in my app and never received the credit. I called in September and again in October with no ability for the representative to help.
