Request to unlock iPhone 14 pro. ***** was raised. Nothing has been done yet.
I bought this phone in Oct 2022. Its been 2 years and still it is not unlocked. It was supposed to be unlocked in 2 months after purchase
Finally my iPhone 14 PRO was unlocked by Verizon today. I did submit a complaint on FCC website. A Verizon executive contacted me on my phone and worked on the issue. It took almost a month but finally it was resolved
Did you buy the iPhone 14 at a 3rd party retailer, and not directly through Verizon? If so, you will need abundant proof of purchase details to indicate you are the legitimate owner of the phone before the SIM lock appeal will be successful. If all else fails, try filing a complaint with the FCC.
I bought it directly from Verizon Prepaid. Not sure why it was sim locked, since I paid the full price.
But it was mentioned that in 2 months this lock will be removed.
