Coverage in Louisville OH

The cell reception is absolute dog water in my area. All devices on account and visitors with Verizon have the same experience. I have to go almost a mile to get cell coverage. Verizon coverage map shows 5G but I have yet to see it. If my internet goes out so does my devices as I lose WiFi for calls and text
