Is the Samsung SLS-BU103 Network Extender still supported? There are two newer 4G LTE Network Extenders, the Samsung SLS-BU10B and the Askey ASK SFE116.
have no idea if this is still supported or not, thanks for the response
Typically, anything which is 5 or more years old in the electronics world is considered obsolete. If your extender is several years old, it's time to get a newer one. With the network upgrades I've seen happening this year, it's possible the extender can't connect to the towers anymore.

I agree that old devices may no longer work with the updated network, especially since Samsung has the newer SLS-BU10B extender. Note though that the network extenders don't connect to the cell towers but they provide a local mini cell tower for phones and they connect ethernet to a router reaching the Verizon network through internet gateways.
We're sorry to read that you're having issues with your network extender. Were there any changes to the extender or your internet service before this started? ~Peter
no this device is new to me and I am trying to get this online for the first time
