I just found out that I have been receiving calls from a collection agency about a wireless account that I never authorized and never used. Now I have noticed that it has affected my credit score drastically and the customer service agents are not trying to help me get this resolved. They are trying to say that I may have forgotten about this account but there is no usage or any devices sent to me. I want the corporate number but they won’t give it to me. They are going to pay for this.
