I went to the west Boca Florida store and was promised a credit. I have tried to call multiple times and even went to the store to speak with the associate who originally helped me. They only wanted to help me where there was a sale involved not now that I have a concern. I have called over and over and the associate never calls me back. I want to speak to the store manager but there is no way to call the store directly. Please help!
