I am currently not in the States and I am not able to access my account. I haven't been in the States for more than a year now and I haven't been using the service, but I've been getting charged this whole time and now my bill has stacked up to more than 700 usd. I don't get why I've been getting charged, but to resolve this issue I tried numerous times to access my account to pay the bills. However, whenever I tried to reset my password the link would redirect me saying "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time." I looked up this issue on google and on customer service page, but nothing would work for me. I really tried everything but nothing would work, thus as the last resort I am positing it here. So since I don't have access to my password, I can't reset it nor can I pay the bills. Do I need to just sit here and watch the bills pile up for the service I haven't even been using? What do I need to do? Please help.
