I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 16 pro max 512 gig black back on September 21. It said my estimated ship date was October 11th. Today is October 28th and I still don’t have an updated date or my new phone. I’ve called support twice and went in store once, and have been told they can’t tell me when my phone will ship. I’ve been a 15 year customer and have never had this bad of a time upgrading my phone, I’m just looking for any answers, we upgraded my wife’s phone a week after mine and she had hers 2 weeks later.
