Complaint - Text Not working w T mobile - Metro PCS - Boost Mobile

I have not been able to send text to anyone in T mobile and Metro PCS and Boost mobile, for past two weeks

None in Verizon helps - their response is , Call T mobile ! all the 2 mil of them!

their tech is so illiterate and none monitor the network issue !

no , its now resolved , i had to reach to management department to get engineers to do their job .
