I placed an order for an iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Titanium Black for $5/mo with no trade-in and a new line of service. I did it online via chat and chose the $200 and got an order confirmation with a receipt of all of this. Two days later the shipping date is not confirmed. A phone agent told me it's in "high demand"...
Okay? So, after numerous chats and a very pushy agent insisting I needed to cancel and redo the order....and they could give me the same promo...what's going on with this order?
