Verizon has the worse customer service ever. When I went into the Verizon store I was told I could trade my iPhone in for an upgraded phone at no charge if I upgraded my plan. Great deal right. Well my 1st problem is they didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock. No big deal that I would receive in the mail along with a return kit. Well I received the phone but no return kit. So I called them 3 weekends in a row trying to attempt to get a return kit. Finally I got the kit but I had to go into the store to return the phone to get my credit. Well they only credited me back $220.00 for pretty much a perfect phone. Unbelievable because I would have never have done this if I would’ve been told that. Now im spending my 4th weekend trying to talk to someone at Verizon to get this taken care of. I am a 8 year long customer and will be changing providers as soon as I can. This is horrible. Not only was I told I would receive the phone at no extra charge for the trade in. The phone I traded in I paid off the day I was in Verizon only because I thought it was a great deal. I have been bounced around to I don’t know how many customer service reps. I don’t suggest anyone use this company. Nothing but problems and lies.
