I came to Verizon store after a long frustrated call with customer care, I had to wait 1hour 30 mins to meet sales person. Only one sales person in the store and customers waiting. We can’t get on time even we have an appointment. Verizon team have to train their employees to solve customer issues. I am Verizon customer from 6 years and I am not expecting any extra help but, want to resolve my problem with phone services and extra billing.
