So I had a trade in deal where I could trade in the iPhone 13 from one of my lines and get $830 off an iPhone 16 pro. I took the offer of course, but Verizon canceled the order because of a backstitching order, whatever(I didn’t know at the time). So I call customer service to see what happened but there is a clear language barrier. The assistant on the phone said he replaced the order and would submit a ticket request for the promotion to get added back on when I traded in my device. I even got an offer ID (nobody on the phone has been able to do anything with this). However, I have given it over a month since my trade in was recieved and I am still only receiving the base $190 trade in value for the iPhone 13. I tried calling again but the assistant on the phone was no help. Now I am stuck paying an extra $800 for a phone that should have costed me $170 after the promotion. Does anyone have any experience with this or any suggestions?
