Hello, so I received the email stating that I can redeem the Xbox series S by clicking the tile in the account section of the my Verizon app. There is no tile there to redeem the Xbox. A lady on the phone said there was an issue she needed to escalate to tech support. No solution yet. Can someone at Verizon please check and see what is going on? It says there's a limited supply of Xbox console and I don't want to miss out. Help please!
