Good afternoon,
I have had Verizon Fios for a couple years now. The internet connection and speed had been great for streaming and gaming so far. However, I work from home on a Cisco VPN and I have been experiencing daily, brief disconnections. Generally, they last for around 15 seconds, i get a notification on my work laptop advising that the VPN has disconnected and then immediately see my internet icon disconnect. During this 15 second window I have no connectivity to anything on the PC. This is happening around 5-10 times a day and is creating issues with my employment.
I noted the time today that this happened and checked my network logs for more insight. However, I am not savy with this information. I am looking for some help in resolving and preventing these network disruptions. Any help is greatly appreciated. Here are two of the logs from today.
