Phone was sent back to sender

Ordered an Iphone from Verizon with monthly payments, was waiting for my order but unfortunately it has some problem with apt number and it was sent back to sender. So I wondering how can I resolve it ? Can I get it back?

And when I trying to call verizon I can't talk to someone because it ask me about my account number and pin to switch from my carrier to verizon, but I don't want to do it now because I don't have a phone.

Absolutely horrible customer service, will not recommend to switch to verizon. They can't help me in their store, u can't contact them via phone and no one respond here. Now I will be billed for the phone that I never get.

Sorry to hear your order was returned to the warehouse. I've seen the apartment number thing cause problems with shipments from other merchants before. If you put your apartment or suite number in the "Address line 2" box, that's usually where the problem comes from because sometimes the shipping labels don't have the second address line included. I get around this problem by always putting the apartment/suite number into "Address line 1" in every instance.

I would try to cancel your order, and if that doesn't work and you get billed for the phone anyway, dispute it with your credit card company or bank.
