Ordered an Apple Watch November 27th, was estimated to be shipped December 27th. When it was not shipped and the “new” expected shipping date was emailed to me and was the same (December 27th) I decided to give Verizon a call. After 3 days of back and forth calling with Verizon customer service, I had someone reorder my watch to which they then transferred me to someone to cancel my order for the previous watch. When I was transferred, the women that was to cancel my order made on November 27th ended up canceling the most recent order, which I found out the next morning.
Now just yesterday when I called customer support, they are telling me if I reorder a watch now, it won’t come until/be shipped until 1/31/2025. I told the lady to cancel the order, which took over 10 minutes for her to attempt. She was able to make a note but could not fully process the cancellation. Now we’re out an Apple Watch and $77…not cool.
(I ended up going through Best Buy and am having zero issues that way, it will be arriving tomorrow. The money though, we need it back asap, Verizon!)
