Verizon never delivered the $50 Xbox e-gift card EVEN AFTER 2 weeks from order. I called customer care and even directed them to the purchase receipt that showed the $50 gift card as part of the order.
customer care agent had no clue and said they will escalate to their other department.
I already spent 30 min talking to them and they want me to call back again in 4 days.
Verizon has NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER TIME
