Hello. I opened a service ticket today regarding repeated brief outages in my home internet. After much discussion with the phone rep an appointment was scheduled for physical review. The tech that was sent did no physical inspection but instead advised of a known issue in the Latham connection hub that was the cause. He left after 10/15 minutes.
I received no further communication and the issue persists. Can someone please advise me of this issue here and save me the struggle through the phone lines?
