Hello, I got an iPhone 16 pro on Saturday 1/18/25 and started the set up and port of my phone number from AT&T around 6pm that evening. It is currently 1/20/25 at 11:24am and the port has still not been completed. Can someone please advise on what further steps I need to take? I cannot carry two phones around and need to set my old phone up for my son as soon as possible.
