I called Verizon in October 2024 due to a high bill. After speaking with a customer service rep she was able to get my bill down to $159 monthly. I just received an email stating that since I changed my PLAN my bill was going up $50 monthly. I feel after being a customer for over 10 years that I was lied to and not given correct information. I called again today and was basically told since I changed my plan the bill was going up and there is nothing they can do. The representative didn't even apologize for the mistake their rep made. I am currently looking for a different phone company. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
