I have spent nearly 40 hours on the phone with agents/mangers from Verizon and have been into a Verizon store. Not a single one of them does a single word they say. I have asked them to pull up the recorded calls on the everything that has been promised to me and they either say they can’t get those or they hang up on me. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and this is how they treat their customers.
