I changed my wife's plan from ultimate plus to ultimate unlimited before traveling to Bangladesh so she can use her phone internationally. We also got text from Verizon when we were in Bangladesh that we go unlimited call in Bangladesh and back in usa, unlimited text and data. But upon receiving the bill, i saw i was surely charged for the ultimate unlimited but also incurred 442 dollar international minutes eventho all her calls were within Bangladesh and usa. I called verizon but got no helpful answers. Instead they told me they can make me pay half the bill this month and then refer this matter to different departments. Why do i pay anything extra when it’s clearly verizon error?
